These terms govern your use of MyAlgoPlatform, including its strategy-building and historical backtesting tools.

1. The service

MyAlgoPlatform provides software tools to create and analyze trading strategies and simulate results using historical market data. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable.

2. No investment advice

The service is for research and informational purposes only. It does not provide personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Backtest results are hypothetical, depend on data and modeling assumptions, and do not guarantee future performance. Trading can result in significant financial loss.

3. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Your content

You retain rights to strategies and other content you submit, subject to any third-party rights. You permit us to process and store that content as necessary to provide the requested service functionality.

6. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of trading outcomes or data accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service. We may restrict access in response to serious misuse, security threats, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law.
